Good product. The bolts used for swinging arms need to be changed to shoulder bolts instead of full threaded bolts used currently. This will avoid the noise while swinging.

Product was good. But my feedback is not related to product its about the services. First the delivery was delayed and then installation was delyed. I have to do mutilple followps for both. You guys should keep track of your courier service as well as have the correct contact detials.

Quality is not so good and stiches are not proper. Hanging method is dangerous and Baby cant even sleep for 2 months.

Serves as a separate bed for my Lil one. Good buy, if you want to lay down the baby in a secure location. Can be used until six months. Very sturdy.Had a few major cons though. the swing movement is not good at all. The wheels dont have a break.Cannot be used a cradle, but as a very beautiful bed for the baby. Mosquito net is an added advantage.

Only two rear brakes were available and when we try to swing the entire cradle will move. And its big to carry. The bed that they gave is very thin and the body that covers the swing is too thin.

The cradle quality is good and looks exactly the same as it appears in the images given. however, i was extremely disappointed to see the movement of it. it moves/swings left right only and that too when u push if.once u stop pushing, it will not move a bit. i was expecting the movement of it just like the indian cradles sort of in u shape ( although not exactly U). placed the request to return it but its been more then 12 days and it has not been picked yet. the courier guy came twice to pick but on a bike. i have called the customer care several times and they promised that they will be sending a big vehicle and get it picked asap. in my last call they promised it to be picked tomorrow, lets see if this time they fulfill their promise or not. another thing is that i paid the technician to dismantle it, firstcry do not send technician for that if the product is being returned. paid 200 to get it dismantly. suggestion- pls share videos.product quality is awesome but service is poor
