The key ingredients behind the gentle exfoliating line are Salicylic Acid (BHA), Mandelic Acid (AHA), and Gluconolactone (PHA). This gentle trio of acids chemically exfoliates skin.
What this means is that they exfoliate by dissolving dead skin cells and loosening the bonds between the top surface layers to help lift away dead skin cells, rather than through physical abrasion, which can be too harsh on sensitive skin. This triple acid blend is gentle enough that you can exfoliate your sensitive skin every day without irritation.
Each ingredient of the triple acid blend gently exfoliates to help promote surface skin cell renewal, for softer, smoother, and brighter skin. But they each have their own extra benefits, too.
