This Infusions Restful Sleep Body Wrap can be used warm or chilled as a natural way to relieve aches and pains. Whether you're suffering from muscle tension or joint pain the gentle warmth will help to relax muscles and soothe away discomfort. The added infusion of a Lavender and Vetiver essential oil blend will also help to calm and relax the mind and body and in turn aid more restful sleep.

How to Use:

Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.

Place the product inside the microwave.

Fold the product if it cannot be positioned flat on the turntable.

Place a half-filled cup of water in the microwave with the product.

Heat up to a maximum of 2 minutes for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 1 minute 30 seconds for 800-1000-watt microwaves.

If it feels too cool for your needs warm it again in increments, of 15 seconds at a time.

Place the inner warming bag back inside the cover
