How to Use:
For sustained use, adults only: 2 teaspoons twice daily. For acute use: adults and children over 12 years: 1 teaspoon 4 times a day. For children of acute use from 6 to 12 years: 1/2 teaspoon 4 times a day. This product can be dissolved in hot liquids such as water or tea.
