The Bad Empereur perfume composition opens with the sunny freshness of a ripe sunny apple, which sounds in one chord with warm, spicy cardamom. They are replaced in the heart chord by a delicate aroma of fragrant lavender and the smell of ripe melon in a soft spicy frame of peppery notes.
