Product Description:

The Note Drop Highlighter will add instant radiance to your complexion. It’s liquid, lightweight, non-greasy texture is bursting with a high concentration of a fine pearl powder to create a light-catching luminosity. It applies easily and evenly helping to blur small imperfections. Build your glow from natural, subtly luminous to bold with its buildable formula. Mix it with your favorite Note foundation to create a more dewy finish with a bit of glow.

How to use:

As a liquid highlighter: Dab wherever you need a bit of lumosity: centre of the forehead, bridge of the nose, eyebrow arch, the area above the cheekbones, chin and Cupid’s bow, and blend with a sponge or fingertips. Try it also on the décolleté or arms to add an iridescent, radiant finish.

For a soft, glowy finish: Add 1-2 drops to your favorite foundation, mix thoroughly and apply to the face for an added boost of glow.
