Note Perfecting Concealer Pen brightens, enhances and corrects in one handy click system pen that delivers the right amount of pigment. The soft-touch cushion applicator and super-blendable formula provide a smooth and precise application.  The light, silky formula is designed with colour correcting optics that evens skin tone, reduces puffiness and minimise imperfections like blemishes, dark circles and wrinkles. Vitamin E and antioxidants also arm your skin with protection against environmental stressors.

How to use:

Push the bottom of applicator to dispense the perfect amount of highlighter into the brush tip. To brighten, use the pen down the bridge of the nose, the brow bones, above the brow, and on the tops of the cheeks.  To conceal dark circles, apply to the under eye area in an upside down triangle shape and blend with fingertips, a concealer brush, or a sponge.  To smooth, apply to the smile lines, on the forehead, and on the crow’s feet while using a shade close to the skin tone. To perfect, define edges around the mouth and eyes.
