Product Description:
Note Ultra Black dipliner helps to master liquid liner application thanks to its professionally-designed, flexible felt-tip applicator. The dense, black quick drying liquid formula instantly creates sharp and defined lines with one sweep. Formulated with sweet almond oil and vitamin E known for their nourishing properties.
How to Apply:
Use the tip of the liner to trace the upper lashline, from the inner corner of the eye outward, coming off at a slightly upward angle near the outer corner of the eye. For a more intense look, lay the applicator flat against the lashline to draw a thicker line. Easily removes with Note Instant Bi-Phase Makeup Remover.
