Note Ultra Rich Color Eye Pencil is a sharpenable wooden pencil that lines, defines and shades eyes with rich colour and semi-matte finish. Containing waxes derived from olive and jojoba oils, this waterproof pencil hugs the lashline for a smooth, easy glide-on application. Its soft, blendable formula is also perfect for use as kohl kajal on the inner eye lid with an excellent colour pay-off on the waterline.

How to use:

Line Ultra Rich Color Eye Pencil along the lash line from the inner to outer corner of the eye to create depth and intensity. Continue application until the desired level of intensity is achieved. Can be blended using a sponge blender for a soft, smokey look.  Easily remove Ultra Rich Color Eye Pencil with Note Instant Bi-Phase Make Up Remover.
