Olbas Oil is a natural, proprietary blend of essential oils designed to provide fast relief from nasal and chest congestion, flu symptoms, and muscular discomfort. How To Use:

As an inhalant, children 3 months-2 years: Add 1 drop to a tissue and hold near the nose, allowing the child to breathe in vapors. Adults & children 2 years and older: Add 2-3 drops to a tissue and inhale vapors.

As a rub, adults and children 12 years and older: Massage into the affected area up to 3 times a day.

For a steam bath, add a few drops to hot water and inhale the vapors for congestion relief.
