I am satisfied with the product but little disappointed with the option of gift wrapping. In gift wrapping option with extra charge, they provide only one piece of paper with the product which is not sufficient to wrap the whole product. Further, personalised message is also in very small font which is visible only with some extra efforts. About the durability it will be say after using the product for 5-6 months.
