A springform pan made of 0.6 mm steel with a special non-stick coating. The layer is scratch-proof, stain-proof and has a non-stick effect. The cake can be easily removed after baking, ensuring an optimal baking result. Use the springform pan for both sweet and savoury cakes. The springform can be baked in the oven up to 230 degrees and they are easily cleaned by hand. For optimal use: rinse the baking tin with warm water and dry off well prior to the first use. Then pre-bake in the oven empty for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Always slightly grease the baking tray prior to baking. Do not use any sharp utensils when removing the contents from the baking tin, as this may damage the non-stick layer. Wash the baking tin by hand with warm water and dry well.
