Product Description:

Spectra Valve Set contains 2 silicone valves, compatible with all Spectra breast pumps. All the parts that enter into contact with the milk are BPA-free, making sure your milk keeps its beneficial properties unaltered. Please note that if used intensively parts such as valves may need to be replaced after 2-3 months. This is not a flaw but represents the product‘s nature and does not constitute a claim for warranty. Recommendation: Authentic Spectra spare parts are engineered, tested, and approved to work specifically with your Spectra breast pump. Non-Spectra spare parts can vary significantly in design, materials, and workmanship; all of which may affect the performance of your Spectra breast pump. In order to avoid any issues with your breast pump, which might void your warranty, Spectra Baby strongly recommends using only original accessories along with your Spectra Breast Pump. Reduced suction when pumping is often the first sign that your valves need replacing. You should expect to need to replace your valves every 2/3 months if pumping regularly. The top of the valve is quite delicate and can be susceptible to fraying or tiny tears, so if you notice reduced suction or lower milk output then examine this area carefully. Your valves will last longer if you avoid cleaning them in the dishwasher.
